In the MyDocs\SimCity 4\regions folder.

yeah i put it there but when i try to load the region theres nothing

you have to convert them to regions using the instructions provided... (aka read the readme :P )

If you have downloaded a SC4M file you still need to use something like SC4Mapper to uncompress it to a region folder then move or copy it into your MyDocs\SimCity 4\regions folder before you can see it

You will find SC4Mapper here in the downloads section (BSC File Exchange).
