Title: Buildings needed to make a port

Could anyone give a list of good looking port-type lots(especially fillers) I've up most of the water fronts, but I need to fill the empty space. "$Deal"$ I might be able to post a picture of it (don't count on it) I have PEG's new break-bulk wharehouse, some bulk gravely and grainy things, PEG's Superb container stuff, A lot of SOMY stuff, and some seawalls. Please Help!

P.S. please put links and perhaps pictures if you can.

P.S.S. yes, I've already read the Building a port - the hard way tutorial.

What do you need then? A harbor is suppose to be an industrial zone so zone your empty spaces industrial.....

Or get out the lotting tool and make your own as you want them.. This is the simplest form of "custom" work.. like moving furniture, sort of..

no, i stink at making custom lots (or at least those that function properly) and growwables don't work because of demand issues from plopables that i always use :angrymore:

Edit:by the way, that port has been made obsolte by newer ones.

where did you get your container ships? i dont recognize them.

soulstealer has been away for a while now but he made some great lots. the download links are in his thread too.

they are the PEG CDK3-SP container ships from www.simpeg.com.

the lots they are on are the Container Seaport(with 3 cranes), Container Dock(2 cranes), and some of the 1x and corner lots.
You have to be registered if you want to download anything and you MUST read all the information before installing them or their can be problems. If you do it right, they and their CDK-3 siblings are very stable and look great.

those container rows are interesting. I've actually downloaded them but i not sure if they could cause conflicts with other stuff.
