Simtropolis is not working for me and I need to download 2 mods from that site. They are the Radical ordinance mod and the stage limits mod. If any one can send me these mods please do so.

You can get the Radical Mod from here (http://rayden.zftp.com/sc4/Plugin_RadicalOrdinanceV2_0.zip)

Note, this is a temporary location, it won't be there too long. ;)
