BSC_NPTransitions_Brown_FixedWealth, I found this listed in a dependancy list for CSX Mansion - Dalene, by Vlakhaas I have no idea where to find
it or how, so far my efforts have been friutless in locating anything about it. does some one know where to find it?

I think those are overlays that are now in the BSC Textures Vol01 but I cannot check until at least tomorrow. Are you actually missing anything from the lot?

It does not appear to be missing anything, yet I am not sure what this is supposed to do anyway. If I am right it is part of a reward chain.
based on the mansions, so far there have been no rewards granted by placeing any of these mansions in the citys I've created. I will have to let they grow alittle more to see what the effects are?

I think the mansions are the END of the reward chain. ;)

And chances are the lot won't be missing textures because you probably have BSC Textures Vol 1

IIRC you may be offered Barby's Cottage once you built Dalene and perhaps satisfied some some other conditions, too.
