I have downloaded some of SimGoobers Stuff..Like the stores and the coca cola plant and i get brown box..I thought i installed all the items that are needed to make it work properly but guess not..I'm trying to go throgh them all to see what i'm missing..Hope some one knows what it is.. :'(
You could post some pictures of the lots, that would make it easier to help you out.

As you have not posted a picture of the query or given any further information I have no idea which particular hotel that is. There are three packs of models on the LEX so check you have all of them:
