Its always great to see SimCity be more open to the rest of the world. In Show us Your Suburbs, there was a massive Asian city there, that may be a good reference. As for this picture, I don't know what else you can do with that, other than the park. It seems to make it's point already. There is a specific Asian park availble on the stex, where the flora looks like flags. You could try searching for Asian Park, I don't recall the name exactly. There is one Maxis park, that would go well here. Its a koi pond, with a bridge. Maybe surround that gap on the upper right with some water, and a little bit of trees, just no changing the elevation. A canal set, with ped mall tiles surrounding might even work. Looks flat enough.
