Title: Dutch style bridge and seawalls

Hi everyone!

I've been unsuccessfully looking for this bridge and seawalls. Any idea about where can I find them?

The seawalls are the Canal set by Oppie (STEX) (http://www.simtropolis.com/stex/index.cfm?id=11466)

The bridge, however, is nowhere to be found  :(

I found the draw bridges, they are available at SimCity Central (registration required, but it's worth it!)
