Hello, I'm new here, so I really hope this is the right place to ask this.
Anyway, yesterday, I downloaded the CdS Waterfront Walk Kit BSC, and was very excited about using it. Unfortunately, I can't find it in my game! I assumed it should be in the park section, but since it wasn't there, I've looked everywhere else as well. I also went back and double and even triple checked the read me and made sure I have all the dependencies, yet I still cannot find the waterfront items in game. I'm getting really frustrated, because the kit was exactly what I wanted to use in my current city, and I don't want to go on building this particular city until I can either use this or find something similar. I even tried making my own, but I am just far to inexperienced with the Lot editor to figure it out! (Imagine a seaport that won't place anywhere. :D ) So anyway, I even tried to find a different set that would do the same thing, but other than the PEG seaports, which scared me away when I read that you can't use anything else with them, I couldn't find what I was looking for.
So, if someone could either tell me where the heck I can find the items in game, or direct me to another waterfront set, I'd be very grateful!!

The CdS Waterfront set is in the Seaport section of the Transport menu. I presume that you have actually installed it and not just placed the Install file into plugins?
I must admit, when I first read your reply, I was almost insulted by the simplicity of your answer... But after considering your expertise and experience with such things, I decided to double check my folders, just to be safe... Boy is my face red right now.... I didn't move the install file itself into the plug-in folder, instead, I couldn't find the proper files in my plug-in folder at all, despite my neurotic organization of everything. All I can figure, is during the installation, I must have clicked exit instead of next.... *sighs and bumps head down onto the desk*. This is what I get for continuing to play the game, long after the caffeine has worn off and my eyes don't want to stay open anymore... ;) Anyhow, after installing correctly this time, I was able to find the items in game. ;D Lesson learned!
BTW, aren't you the very same person who answered my question on Simtropolis yesterday? I must look like a total idiot right now. ::) In my own defense, I've been playing this game for years now, and I have over 600 items in my plug-in folders, that I downloaded and installed properly myself. Though I'm fairly new to downloading for Simcity, I've been doing it for the Sims for years... lol
Oh, and yesterday, I noticed that in the SHUR project, there is a dependency file for JBSimio's Mega prop set that wasn't mentioned in his smalltown set, after installing it, everything worked properly.

I wasn't trying to be insulting as I know these things can happen - I do silly things too ::) I did reply at Simtrop but you will find it easier to get help here as a rule.
I'm glad you like the BSC stuff, I can only claim to being fortunate to have superb BATters to work with as I do not make the buildings and props - I am just an assembler. ;D

I believe he made his own...especially for the fresco work of the Sistine Chapel :P
