It seems I'm missing something, can somebody help me, I'm kind of lost in the whole dependencies list for the moment.

You need to download simgoober MEGA Residentials Vol01 (http://sc4devotion.com/csxlex/lex_filedesc.php?lotGET=1044) for the model of the building.
