I just started having this problem in one of my cities. The texture under buildings, mainly high$$$ ones are growing with plaza patterns under them. Its only a few buildings, but they are becoming more and more. heres a couple pics. Any help would be appreciated. I have removed all plugins, reinstalled the game etc. I have seen cj's and pics with this in it but its really buggin me and it looks horrible.
