Title: Industry stage limits

I have a problem. I can't find the mod that allow bigger industrial buildings to be built earlier. I had this mod before, but I reinstalled the game, and no big industrial buildings come up in my new industrial zones! Can someone give me a link please?

I presume you mean the CAM mod that opens up stages over 3. This is found on the LEX here:

It's actually not the CAM, but an independent mod that is only there to make bigger industrial buildings appear at the very start after you zone that industrial area.
