I'm looking for a way to have floating props in the Lot Editor. The goal is to be able to make a series of lots to place next to the NAM viaducts that have the SFBT Rail Gantries 15m off the ground so it looks like the "electrification" of the line continues even as you transition from the ground to an elevated rail line. I looked into this and found that the Maxis radio station has two effect props some 90m off the ground at the very top of the tower to get the blinking lights and radio wave effect. You'll see in the picture I have the two props selected with numbers next to them, indicating, I'm assuming, that that is there height.

Is this possible with all props? And if so, how do I go about doing it?
Yes, but owing to my shocking memory I can't remember exactly which button it is. ::)
You hold down either CTRL or ALT and press the up and down arrow.
Brilliant Diggis! ;D The CTRL key works perfectly.
Thank you very much for the quick response. :satisfied:

Are you drunk again, Shaun? $%Grinno$%
Ctrl - Up Arrow moves the prop up in 0.1 m steps
Ctrl and Shift - Up Arrow moves the prop up in 1.0 m steps

I wasn't, I just couldn't remember as my hands press ctrl and alt as needed without my brains input. Habit of working in photoshop for 6 years. However, I am drunk now. :D
