I need some help in making these textures straight, from what it looks like

I've been trying to do this as a lot for Bruce aka Schulmanator.... The lot I am trying to rework is here [linkie] (http://www.simtropolis.com/stex/index.cfm?id=17327) and the textures can be found with the dependencies... Any help in getting these textures would be great!!

I hate to bump this request but is there any texture guru's out there who might have a bit of free time could give me a hand in this project? Any help would be greatly apperciated,

I believe I gotten texturing down pat lol... So this is solved now woohoo!!!
