Alrighty, so I'm fairly new to the modding community, but I've managed to install some basic mods (such as terrain mods)
The terrain textures are all nice and lush green, which is really good, but I can't find a mod that replaces (or makes invisible) the grass texture on residential buildings. It doesnt look right with a sudden change to gross brown-green. Also, since my mountains have snow, it would look better on snow too.
I know something like this exists, because I downloaded a compressed mod pack, which worked for the most part, but some of the textures were not found (the lot textures). I had no idea which dependencies I needed.
Anyways, I'm really looking for the mod that gets rid of the lot textures... Any help would be appreciated.
Uh? I might not know what I'm talking about right now... but I don't think such a mod exists. I have some sort of memory of a mod that automatically switched some textures for others (I think it was an SMP work, but I am not sure...) but none that made them invisible.
There is of course the slow and boring process of deleting the basetextures of the lots with the Reader, but somehow I don't think that is what you are after, is it?
