The billboard is from uni's USA Billboard GTA set, that can be found here (STEX) (http://www.simtropolis.com/stex/index.cfm?id=18901).
The plaza is a custom lot by Squidi, but the monument in it is Powl's Birck Plaza, that can be found here (STEX) (http://www.simtropolis.com/stex/index.cfm?id=18369)
I was not able to locate the building with Lion King on it myself. Sorry for that.
