Try searching for c.p. on the LEX as most of his tree mods are there.

There is no "seasonal tree mod" that would replace the God mode or Mayor mode trees, if you were looking for that. I have created a couple of lots that have seasonal trees on them, maybe this is what you had in mind: http://sc4devotion.com/csxlex/lex_filedesc.php?lotGET=751
