I have been looking for it both here and at Simtropolis and could not find it in the searches or by the old link I had to it. I think it was by Cycledogg but not 100% for sure.
It used to be on simpeg.com, but it seems to have gone from there too. I can tell you though, that it will be on the DVD that's coming soon :thumbsup:

It seems the Columbus Terrain Mod was uploaded to the LEX by jeronij; here (snow low/er) (http://sc4devotion.com/csxlex/lex_filedesc.php?lotGET=169) or here (snowcapped) (http://sc4devotion.com/csxlex/lex_filedesc.php?lotGET=170), quite a time ago.

It is the original Columbus Terrain Mod, updated to conform the CPT_No3_TerrainTextures_Essential.dat and CPT_No4_TerrainTextures_Essential.dat. :)
