Can someone please give me a link to an alternative download for BAT updates, because i would really like my cities in lights :)
or maybe someone could send me it by e-mail. Thank you

townscape, you can find what you need right here at SC4D. Click on the button at the top that says "EA support." Scroll down until you see the Maxis EULA. Read the agreement, accept the terms and the files will appear for download.
