Title: Question about applying effects

Is there a way to see effects in action without having to plop the lot in game? Going back and forth is taking a toll in time and frustration - I'm working with fountain effects, BTW.

That would be something nice to have. It's silly that no preview feature was included in the LE.  :-\

There isn't a way to see the effects in LE. It is annoying to have to keep closing the game and opening it again but it is experience that tells you how and where to place effects.

sim-al2, I agree it would be a nice thing to have, but Barby is right - experience is the best answer!
