I was trying to do the adjustment code and after I enter the number I press enter but nothing happens. Am I doing something wrong or missing a step?
projectadam, you'll need Buggi's SC4ExtraCheats.dll file in order for the Moolah cheat to work. It can be found here (http://host.simvision.net/SC4ExtraCheats.zip).

Also, be aware that the Moolah cheat sets your bank account to that amount, it doesn't add it: so if you have $500,000 and you type "moolah 10000" you will then have $10,000 instead of $500,000. &mmm
I tried downloading the Buggi from the link you provided Tarkus but it does not come with a readme. I unzipped it and put it into my pluggins but it still seems to not be working. Any other suggestions or direction??? %confuso
You simply put it in the top of your plugins (so NOT in a subfolder) and run the game. To see if it has actually loaded the dll right click the cheat box and a list will appear if it is working. Then type moolah ######## (where ####### is the amount of money you want to have in total in the treasury.

Hmmmmmmm, I have moved the dll file into my plugins and tried the game and it did not work. Moved the file into just the main folder and it did not work and proceeded to try it in about 6 different combinations of files and none of it worked. Stumped here :'(
If you are using a MAC, it won't work at all. :(

I'm playing on vista with the dll in MyDocs\simcity 4\Plugins and it's working
Hit cntrl X. The dialogue box will appear at the upper left hand corner of the screen. Right-click in the box. With Buggi's cheat, once you've right-clicked in the box, ALL of the cheats should appear. Or, as mentioned before, you can type in the cheat name. Otherwise, scroll through the list and choose whichever cheat you want enabled and hit enter. This .dll will work if you have it in your Plugins folder. I've moved it around to different locations within the plugins and it has always worked. However, it is best NOT inside a subfolder. Have you tried the Programme/Maxis/Plugins folder?
WOOHOO, I finally got it to work!!! I was for sure that I tried it the way that it finally works before but I placed it in the HP / Program Files (x86) / Maxis / Plugins. Thanks Tarkus, nerdly_dood, Warrior, Swamper77, wouanagaine and threeswept for staying with this and helping me out.
