Hi, I am not quite sure if this is the right place to post this, so if I am wrong, please forgive me.... :-[
I came across some nice farms and noticed that I am missing something... I guess... There is no brown box of any kind tho. ???

Not sure if this is the right place either for this topic, but likely you are missing a prop pack/dependency. To my knowledge, brown boxes appear when the actual building of the lot is missing (which is sometimes an invisible piece, like the one used for the Open Grass Area) so the lack of a box suggests the missing structure is the result of a missing prop. Double check the readme and make sure you have them all. Hope that helps.
