Title: Grass texture disappears

I've just started working on developing a new region. In the first two tiles that I started putting development in, I lose the grass texture when saving the tile. Anyone experience this? Any clues as to what is going on?

Are you using a terrain mod, by chance? Some of them have two sets of textures in each texture file for the terrain mod. Of the two images for each texture, one of them is drier texture that appears during the summer months. I know the Columbus Terrain Mod has this effect during the summer months.

That must be it, thanks. Funny, I've been using the Columbus Terrain Mod for quite some time, and I've never noticed such a drastic effect.
