I'm recently creating network enabled lots with train signals on it:
(https://www.sc4devotion.com/forums/proxy.php?request=http%3A%2F%2Fimg389.imageshack.us%2Fimg389%2F4622%2Fgettingstartedtutorial2kn5.th.png&hash=0106d752cfdffecfea21a55201250b1ef246eb46) (http://img389.imageshack.us/my.php?image=gettingstartedtutorial2kn5.png)
(The base texture will be removed)
Although I've got some questions. Hopefully someone can answer them.
1) Is it possible to remove those neighboring brown tiles on the picture?
2) When I plop the LOTs, green trains constantly spawn there. Is there a way to remove this? I've changed the plugin category from park to rail with LEprop. When I click on it a park dialog opend.
3) Is it possible to make the Lot sloped?
Thanks in advance

Set the
LotConfigPropertyWealthTypes in the LotConfig exemplar to None (0x00).

That is unfortunately a result from adding the rail Occupant Group.
You could of course use
mayormot's
No Track Checker Mod (http://www.simtropolis.com/stex/index.cfm?id=18844) to get rid of them all together.

Yes, set the following properties in the LotConfig exemplars to have the same values (the values are in degrees):
- LotConfigPropertyMaxSlopeAllowed
- LotConfigPropertyMaxSlopeBeforeLotFoundation
Don't set them too high though, as that would give rather strange looking, steep tracks.

That won't remove the dirt texture from under the tracks either. The only way to remove it is to create a mod that replaces the dirt sidewalk images with "invisible" ones. However, this will also remove the dirt from the shoulders of roadways that travel near farms or landfills.

Or just use the lot resizing method... could be a tad hard to use in that situation though... &Thk/(
