This is my first post here, I'm not new to SC4 but I'm fairly new to moding and plugins.
Can anyone help with the following please.
I can't find BSC BAT Props MEGA pack VOL1 all links seem to be "404" or the file is unavailable.
I love the CSX farms and reward chains, but I need:
CSX Guest house barby cottages.
CSX Mansion Cromwell estate.
for all the reward chains to be able to function and I can't find these files anywhere.
I also seem need MBEAR Mediterranean textures, again the link is a 404.
I've searced all over STEX for these files but no luck
There seems to have been a site PEG or Pegasus which had this file but it is defunct, has it moved or is it gone?
If anyone can provide me active links or send me the files I would greatly appreciate it.

Very much appreciated, but prey tell a newbie, under what category should I have looked for the Barby cottages and Cromwell mansion, I think I looked through almost everything. Sim City 4 devotion file exchange does not seem to have a search where a key word can be used unless it is by authors name. Have I missed something here? &Thk/(
You can search by creator/uploader name or by Category at the moment. If you had used the Rewards - BTE for a search you would have found both.
Please remember that the LEX is still being refined and revised.
