Hi Arthur,

Maybe we need a few more details......

-for example is it only one quad that crashes?

-have you recently changed the contents of your plug-ins folder (either taken something out, or added something new)

-does the city appear and then it crashes or can you not even open the quad?

-or does the game crash when you are working with certain items - for example GLR?

I lost four quads in West End where they appear in region view but the game will not open them - it crashes before the city opens.  I know I was "tidying up" my plugins and then it happened - so I think it sounds like it might be a change you've made to your pulgins folder.  That was one year ago and I still cannot open those quads.

Now, I create a new plugins folder for each new quad (or group of quads) that I work on.  I will not change the plugins folder until the quad is finished (unless very small changes that I know I can reverse if required).

I hope this helps some - good luck - and I know there are cleverer people than me out there so hopefully you'll get some more advice.

Paul

thanks Paul for this fats answer,

-Well, all quad block...
-Humm, like always I have add some BATs, I have re-installed the Euro road texture mod and re-installed de NAM (with all the things he need)
-The city load, but when it's finished, the game crashes...

I think this is because of the NAM. Maybe that's because the new installation isn't the same as the old one (for example if you have added pathfinding or something like this)? Reinstall the NAM with it's old settings and it should work fine. Hope this helps :).
P.S. maybe you have put a GLR-in-avenue or ped street puzzle piece over a building? (Once I had the same problem with one of my best cities because I put a NAM puzzle piece over an airport. Then I thought that the problem will disappear when I save and reload the city but this didn't happen &mmm)

HI Arthur - maybe get some advice from a member of the NAM team but I think io_bg is right.

Did you keep an old copy of your plugins?  If so, go back to that and only use new NAM on the next quad you start.

If you didnot keep an old copy then TRY to re-create it.  Good luck - it is hard to remember exactly how something used to be.

And for future changes.....keep an old plugins folder, so if things go wrong, you can go back.

Hope this helps and good luck with it all.

io_bg  =>  I have RE_installed the NAM yesterday, but the "bug" it's since 2 or 3 weeks, and no I don't have put a GLR-in-avenue or ped street puzzle piece over a building  ;)

Paroch => Paul, I don't have an old copy ...

Hey Arthur you have a fresh copy of NAM without any old files in your folder correct? From what I understand that sound about right.... OK so what else have you installed in your plugins? Any new BATs/LOTs/MODs and such from anywhere.... It can very well be a conflicting dependency issue...

Thanks Patrick for your help,
Well, I have installed some mods like SFBT tree remplacement mod , and as always some interesting BATs.
With the help of a friend, I have re-installed the game and try it without update patches and plugins, luckily that work, I have tried with the update and that work too ! Finally I have installed my plugins progressively (exemple 50 plugins at a time..) and I have found that the error is on the last I have reinstalled, I try to find it this tonight (4 PM here), I have to go to school  &sly
