Title: Looking for a paticular seawall

OK I'm looking for a particular seawall that is a grassy slope with a curvy paved bike trail thing and streetlights. Ive seen pictures of it in some peoples cities but cant find pictures of them. It looks like it also goes under bridges?

Any help would be appreciated, thanks. :)
