Just want to fix some things for the start of the New Year. Not that it bothers me that much, though it would be very convenient. This problem occured to me a few months ago even before I upgraded my graphics card.

I didn't use the blur tool. No photoshop swear. It only happens on window mode so I hardly go window mode now. When the screen is stationary, it's clear. The blur occurs when you move the screen around. When you stop moving it, the blur somewhat degrades but it's still there. When you're in the region, the blur disappears when you move the cursor to travel at least one city tile. In a city, you have to use the right-click button of the mouse for it to disappear. So yeah, if you use the right-click button of the mouse to move around, the blur doesn't occur, but who does that?
I'm not really sure what happened. Back then, I wasn't playing SC4 that much. Which is why it was a surprise when this just happened. So what happened ()what()?
EDIT: Nevermind. I was looking in the thread "The Prop Pox" and read Pat's suggestion to the guy on the first page. I just switched the renderer from hardware to software on the graphics option and that solved my problem... oops. Should've seen the earlier before I opened a new thread :-[.
