The matter is that after I plopped the walls, the arrows were still there. That really annoyed me.
No matter I use the JRJ walls or the Mas71 walls, this problem always exists.
Can anybody please tell me what wrong with these? :'( :'(
BTW,I use the Intel integrated graphic card.

The arrows are designed to help in placing the pieces and should disappear as the game runs. Are you saying yours are always present even after the games runs awhile? I don't remember if the arrows remain if the game is paused, but I notice one of your images shows the game paused.

Yes,I mean while the game is running , the arrows are still present , no matter how long I run the game , they don't disappear/
If they are annoying you enough, you could always delete them off the lot in LE ()what()
But you would no longer have them to help you plop the walls
Can you please tell me how to delete the arrows in LE?
Err Now I know, it's just a prop and I can delete it in LE..

Open the LE, then open the lot you want to edit, go to the tab called Props and one of those props (the blue rectangulars and squares) should be the arrow. Click on it and press the Delete key. Then click on Save and that's all. :)

One more question , how can I edit lots that don't have base texture, thx.
Well, you can't save lots without base texture in LE. But you can save a lot with a base texture, then open it with the Reader and remove it's base texture (I've never done that so somebody else will have to tell you exactly how to make it).

In your pictures the game is running but in pause mode. The first arrows you are showing will only show during a sim day (the day you plop it and from then every 31/12). Make sure you let the
simulator run for some seconds and the arrows will be gone.
Thanks a lot ;)
