With this mod, you were able to elevate avenues or lower them using this special crane one click roads and it lowered or raised from the ground.
Currently my roads and avenues are all stuck on a flat surface and once you are out of God Mode, raising or lowering roads can be a challenge.
Can someone please link me the download.
I currently have the NAM (the update version on my computer) is there any conflicts I need to be wary of.

You are thinking about Hole Digging Lots made long time ago (by PEG as I remember smoncrie, you can look for them at STEX). Last year Shadow Assassin made more advanced version of them (the difference is that only the road tool can be used, it's a consequence of it's compatibility with my slope mods, but of course you can make a tunnel for any network after making a hole and bulldozing the Hole Digger). There are also various possible heights of raising/lowering terrain.

Edit: You can also download the GTM Mod made by Warrior (http://sc4devotion.com/csxlex/lex_filedesc.php?lotGET=1711). It enables using God Mode terraforming tools when you are in Mayor Mode. After clicking terraforming tools in the menu you will see two submenus, for Mayor and God Mode terraforming tools.

You don't need Buggi's file to activate the God Mode tools in Mayor Mode. When in Mayor Mode, you simply need to hold down "CNTRL" + "SHIFT" + "ALT" and then click on the God Mode button. This was discovered before Buggi's file.
