hi how do i get a road/avenue/whatever sort of road/ under this Rhw bridge( it are 4 rhw on slope)

Dig a wider ditch, then the AVE can pass.

Well it's not the same as say a highway T Onslope, because the El-RHW is an override network, so with current technology you won't get the overpass closer together.
