as you see in this screenie these highway have beautifull walls(green grass like) and around it is grass and short trees..
where to get these plugins
Couldn't find them on lex.. or stex..

That looks like mas71 walls.

Or just search for creator mas71 in the lex.
He has many other nice walls too.
