The make, model and model year is recommended. Please, no pictures larger than 1024x768 for the sake of those with a smaller monitor. (I tried to resize these images directly by my PhotoBucket, but I am now aware that that method isn't reliable so I'll be using another method to shrink them...)

Yes, it is normal for my car to have mud and dirt all over it. The only parts that stay clean are the windows, license plates, and the driving lights. The marker lights on the sides of the rear bumper are usually covered by the debris thrown up by my car. The backside is usually the worst though:

Before this thread gets going can I make a slight recommendation? Always blur out your licence plate, I know in the UK where I am orginally from there have been cases of people cloning licence plates onto identical vehicles (usually stolen). Then the poor guy who legitimately owns that licence plate gets all the speeding/parking tickets (and worse) connected to them. Obviously you can prove later on that you couldn't have possibly got a parking ticket in New York because your car was at a mechanics garage in San Francisco but why would you want to go through that hassle!
It's also a bit of an identifier, it's got your details attached to it when you registered it, especially in countries like the US and Canada where the licence plate is yours for life (in the UK and other places the licence plate stays with the vehicle, but still has your details attached to it until you sell the car).
Just a friendly heads up...
Anyway here is the last car I owned before I emigrated to Canada. For those who don't know its 2006 FIAT Grande Punto Sporting (I miss all 6 gears and those 17' rims). Sold it in August 2008 so I could move. Currently on the hunt for a 2009 Mitsubishi Lancer Ralliart.

I few people have mentioned it to me regarding my car's photos. I should probably ask Google's Streetview to blur out mine from their photos they took while they were in Seattle near my work place....

It would be amazingly difficult to attribute someone else's mistakes to my own vehicle... mainly because the person to whom it is registered, my mother, died January 13. With me being the sole heir, I inherited the vehicle, which required that my uncle drive it across the state to give it to me, and I expect it to rot in the driveway until such time as i have a source of income which i can use to pay for insurance, which i need to change the registration to be in my name.
Even though it was impossible to tell which state the plate is from, if you know me well you probably can guess, and from the font of the number too - but then again, I'm about to fix that part too, by removing the number from the plates and updating the image in this thread.
Okay enough commenting if you please, let's see some more.

Hey, my parents drive in an 307 too, but we have another variant (307 XS Break, which looks like an SW, but has no glass roof) and ours is black. Too bad I'm not allowed to drive. I may drive when I'm 18 and having a drivers license, which will take probably two years (I'm 16 years and 10,5 months).

1991 Chevy Blazer S10
4x4 all wheel drive
4.3 TBI V 8
with MX7000 all light lightbar
Galls Street Thunder Siren control unit
Speaker is a Slimline Code 3 behind the grill
Van:
2001 Chrysler Town & Country LE
not much know more about the van lol...
As you figured I love my truck lol....
Pat - I know at one point in some distant thread somewhere you mentioned that you are only allowed red and white lights and can't use blue lights - You're actually pretty lucky you can have a full-size lightbar at all - in Virginia volunteer firefighters and EMTs are allowed something along the lines of:
No more than two forward-facing red or combination red and white flashing, blinking or alternating lights.
That means that even a tiny mini-lightbar is illegal for volunteer firemen! (cause the lights are almost always all-directional)
EDIT: I found out that the law doesn't specify forward-facing lights, so mini-lightbars are permitted. (You could even use a full-size lightbar as long as it only had 2 rotating lights or strobes...)
Hey there Nerdly_dood,
Hmm that has changed since I was last to Virgina then lol... Of course when I was last there it was in the 80's and then the last time in the early 90's... I have a cousin who became a cop after being on fire/rescue department and he gotten me invovled more or less lol... At the time he had a Single rotating blue light and his headlights wig waged... So let me guess all they can have there now is something like,
(https://www.sc4devotion.com/forums/proxy.php?request=http%3A%2F%2Fimg16.imageshack.us%2Fimg16%2F8930%2Fvipers2bo4.jpg&hash=e2ffc70693f7677f5df7d1eb1b766873e4cd0a1f)
if that is the case that soo sucks....
Oh yeah and one other thing: I'm pretty certain sirens aren't allowed on vol. firemen/EMTs' personal vehicles either - they're certainly allowed on the actual fire trucks and ambulances, though (which can also have as many red or red/white lights as they can put on it, with amber facing to the rear - blue is for police only though)
Okay, 'nuff about volunteer firemen - let's see your hot ride!

The funny thing is that I don't drive it :(, I get to nervous when try to drive, so my boyfriend drive all the time.
You wouldn't even want to try driving on a country road in the middle of nowhere?
hey, take it from me - Driving is often [for me] a very distressing experience. Mainly because I often have my dad distracting me by shouting that i should pay attention to the road... :D ... and because I'm still on my learner's permit. Pathetic, i know... ::)
Anyway, most of my driving is done in a suburban setting, often on a two-lane road - and most of my driving is merely to learn to drive... I haven't done much of any highway driving yet, and when I did some it was amazingly difficult to keep up with traffic because I was driving my dad's truck - its gas pedal is a bit strange... When you first start off it's too responsive and you accelerate too fast, but once you get going you have to really do some pushing on it to get the truck to accelerate even the slightest bit, which is why I found myself doing 40 in a 60mph zone with 70mph traffic. So yeah ... driving's not entirely fun...
...yet.
Heh. Funny story about driving here:
My family went down to Texas last April to see some family. My dad & I couldn't go, as he had to work, and I had to run the library (we were between directors, and I was left holding the bag). Our family vehicle is a 1995 Chrysler Town & Country. It has over 250,000 miles on it by now.
Anyhow, Mom says to me when we get back that she's never been more scared driving in her life than on IH 35 between Austin and Dallas. The van's had some mechanical trouble in the past, yet it was able to consistently keep up with the rest of the traffic doing 85 MPH (!) for three-plus hours. Wow.
I can't wait to take a road trip in my Contour. :D Hopefully, I get to go to Texas this summer.
j-dub: I've tried that but still got very nervous.
nerdly_dood: You're right, driving is not fun, at least for me.
burgsabre87: My mom used to drive but not anymore, I think I got my fear to drive from her.
OK here's mine ;D

Here's mine, a 1998 Volkswagen Polo Classic. I just got it a month ago, since my old car (Suzuki Alto) was wrecked in a car accident (fortunately, I didn't suffer a single scratch). Sorry for the slightly blurry pic, I took it through a flyscreen.

I live in a small town and never leaves the town with the car. mostly i just use it for driving to work who is only 1000 meters away from home. So the car have only gone 20 000 km during the nine years. I dont have a garage, so i take it to service against rust once a year.

Yeah, I know in game shot, but anyone else catch their own car in this game? When it comes to randomizing cars, this game actually seems to know how to do that, more then buildings. Very rarely you will see an Xa in this game, as you would rarely see a white one out on the roads in real life, despite its plain style, Minis even seem to be more common in both America and my virtual city. They don't make my car anymore.

VW Scirocco - replaced the MX5 I had previously. Pictures taken on the moors above Settle in North Yorkshire.
Yup, in the US they call it the Fit. Also, the US version often has body-color headlight backing parts (what exactly are they called?) that are black on the Euro version WC_EEND posted.
Personally I think having the same colors inside the headlights looks pretty bad:

Been after one of these for 10 years now...and finally succumbed in June this year $%Grinno$%

Not very practical with two young children but hey, they love it too :D :D
ooo Lee that is great car man!!!
not bad! too bad GM couldn't sell Saab, looks like the brand is going to be cut off just as their models are starting to look good. The early-90s ones with the gigantic headlights are HORRIBLE, but when they shrunk the headlights it was a great help, and now the one you have looks marvelous.
Lets not get started on GM. They made the mistake of keeping both Buick and Cadillac, when they should of kept one of these three: Pontiac, Saturn, and Saab, instead of hanging on to Buick. Cadillac is cool enough for younger people though, and Buick just only appeals to old people. Now I know the GM/Chrysler merger fell apart, but if only they could of maybe sold Pontiac to Chrysler Automotive, or something, because Chrysler, another car company, after instead being bought out by Fiat, they will not have cars for a giant period of time, mostly just trucks. Fiat can not bring cars into the US, until they meet US safety standards, and thats not happening anytime soon.
I got to say, after not being able to fit giant 56 inch flat pannel TV's in these American crossovers, they brought it on themselves with doing bad in the auto market, real stupid dropping the roof down in the back of these GM crossovers, that you can't fit these TV's in there, because you can not lay the TV flat, due to how narrow, and fragile the glass is. Take the Traverse from Chevy for example, sloping that roof down, making the door height smaller, big mistake, which backfires on that commercial against Honda. I got the TV in the Pilot safely up right, but not the Chevy Traverse. So these US car companies, need to rethink, and redo their models fast, otherwise we mostly will not be posting US autos in here real soon, GM seems to only be down to final 4 auto makers left. The funny thing is both GM and Chrysler got their start from Ford in the early 1900's. Chrysler, a man alone, I learned worked for Ford, and Oldsmobile as a company, which used to be GM automaker a long time ago, was the company that could of been Ford, but Henry Ford refused to have his new car ready, so they went their own way, resulting in Ford going his own way, and end up having the American car company that is defeating his former associates to this date. What a shame. Speaking of a shame, hopefully no one ends up having pictures of their car totaled this winter.
I would think GM would be best off with Chevrolet, Pontiac, Buick and Cadillac - a base brand, a sporty brand, a semiluxury brand, and an über-classy brand.
Buick is one of their best sellers in China - it's a similar effect to how a Mercedes or a BMW is a pretty mundane thing to Germans, but to Americans, it's a really really nice ride - Americans don't think much of a Buick, but to Chinese drivers, they're really classy.
I'll have to agree on you with crossovers and their low back ends - maybe if they go that route, we'll need something like a Chevy Express to get a TV home. (But if TVs keep getting bigger, they won't fit in much of ANY normal-size vehicle, not a SUV or a minivan)

It would've been great if Koenigsegg actually would have bought Saab, most likely Saabs would become as mad as possible instead of quite sensible.

Don't stores deliver in the US? :D :D
As for Saab...It'll probably end up in the hands of the Chinese for next to nothing. As long as I can get spares when needed, I don't really care who owns it.

Although they're perceived as "sensible", when driven aggressively they are incredibly responsive and nimble, especially for such a heavy car.

I can imagine that, but I still don't think they're as mental as a Koenigsegg (remember The Stig in the CCX)
That's true....nothing's THAT mental. Interesting that a performance car company built and tested the CCX without realising it needed downforce at the back
