I'm in need of a small medical clinic that can cover about half to all of a large city tile, and is small in both footprint and height. Any suggestions?

Close, let me rephrase it a little, it needs to look fine in a suburban area with a gazallion homes.

I know goober did a the goobergen rural clinic (http://www.simtropolis.com/stex/index.cfm?id=14798) but the properties would need to be modified... I could do it for ya's if you are intrested in that clinic....
