I do not know how many use this but it seems to be one of the few map tools that works with Vista. Anyways, I was wondering if anyone knew the height of land that is just above water (the land that is created when placing seaport lots). Thanks for any help.
I believe it's 251 meters. The waters goes up to 250 meters, so, anything above that should be land. On a RGB map, I believe that the lines draws at 83, above that it's land.
250.5 meters works well, and SC4 Terraformer uses this. Although it doesn't work on Vista. :-[

Yes it does
I don't have Vista. Maybe I'm thinking of FSHMAN. ::)

I can confirm that the programme loads. But it crashes almost every time you press a button.

I re-arrange your text, so it shows your situation and not others as well. I have a 64bit version of Vista Ultimate and it works fine, no crashes. I also have another Vista setup at work, a 32bit version, and it works fine as well.
Check the SC4 Terrraformer readme and make sure yoy have all the dependencies written on the System Requirements and Useful Links section.
