Could be NOB's. Unfortunately there is no pictures any more on his site.
If I read it right (google translation of a Japanese site) it's no longer available.
Would it be possible for someone to create something similar, then? I would be very grateful ()flower()
I believe the new RTMT project will have puzzle pieces like that.. it may even be in the current one

We have a In-Road and GLR in Avenue transition in beta testing at the moment, but not a GLR to Subway transition :)
Such a lot would be really useful, and look highly "realistic" too. In many real cities, subways emerge to ground level at the suburbs (GLR is the right network type to reproduce such a case). Actually I wonder how this hasn't been requested long ago.
It's not too hard to make one:
- First you have to find a BATter to make the model for you.
- Then there's the modding part, but this is quite easy too: there's an ingame El-rail to sybway transition, and as GLR is actually based on el-rail (they are the same network), modding could be similar.
- The only "hard" thing to make is the paths for the "diving" and "emerging" el-rail train automata, following the ramp curvature.
NOB had achieved to make the el-trains indeed visible, which is quite hard, because it's underground. He used specially-designed BATs, with hollow interiors, and had to lay... watter pipes (?!) under the station for the automata to be visible. Really weird!
I think I have found something.

It's just a conversion of a heavy rail to subway transition, so it shows rail tracks, but it should be functional. As opposed to morifari's hillside transition, which on flat terrain looks wrong unless you use hole digging lots, this is a simple ploppable ramp.

I use this and the rail conversion all the time, never any problems and they are both fully functional :)
I think I've got something for you. It's from the French Simcity site ToutSimCities, and here's the link.

I think it's much more realistic then the NDEX transition.
If you don't understand it use translate.google.com!
Take care,
