.. Well , i have tried to find any ferry boat , but couldn't find any. Any suggestions?

Try page 8 (1st result.) ;) It's a very big boat, but it's still a ferry.

there are so many in my country , and carry passengers and cars in small distances.....

Pretty sure that is not done. A true 3d model, with people, that is going to be some work, if's not going to be to many polys in them.
