Title: How do you make roads?

I know that you can have transit-enabled lots, but I can't move them (The squares in red). How do I do this?  ()sad()

SC4Tool, through the Transit Enabler.

Keep in mind that LotEditor can't move these transit-enabled portions after they've been edited.
