How do I make SimCity 4 use a location other than My Documents?

well you can always manual put the files into Program/Maxis/plugins...

The game will know to look there instead of trying to find the files in My Documents?

Right now, I have HTTPCache, Plugins, Regions, and SimCity 4.cfg in the My Documents folder.

That worked!  It left a blank "SimCity 4" folder in My Documents, but that's no big deal.  It works!  Thanks!
