Title: No Palms Mod vs. NAM's One Way Arrows Reduction Plugin

Swamper's No Palms Mod and the One Way Arrows Reduction Plugin of the NAM do not work together, i.e. that palms still grow along newly built one ways. Is there a way to solve this problem if you don't want to pass one of the two mods up and if you don't have knowledge regarding T21 exemplar files?

I'll see about making a patch for the OWR Arrow Reduction Mod users since it is my mod in the first place. Give me some time to do it as I don't have much free time after work on weekdays.
