Title: Where can I download the BAT from?

I know this is a very crazy question, but I'm new to this. Can someone give me a link to download the BAT? I already tried Sim City 4.com but for some reason I couldn't get it. :'( Can I download the BAT and Lot Editor from sc4devotion or Simtropolis?  &mmm

If you click on the Support button at the top of the screen you can go to the EA files page. Accept the EULA and then you will see the various options for download. You cannot download gMax from here though.
