Ever wonder what all those acronyms flying around stand for? It seems like a good topic if someone could put together a list. I wouldn't even know where to start, because I don't know half of them myself. $%Grinno$% Oh, he.., I suppose I can get a good enough start going:
BAT = Building Architect Tool
CAN-AM = Canal Addon Mod
LEX = Lot Exchange
MIS = Modular Interchange System
NAM = Network Addon Mod
NWM = Network Widening Mod
PLEX = Pegasus Lot Exchange
RHW(P) = Rural Highway Project
RTMT = Road Top Mass Transit
STEX = Simtropolis Lot Exchange
That's all I can think of off the top of my head, so feel free to add to it.

i think it's agreat idea to have somthing like this, for we have many readers from all over the world! some of them don't know anything about the things we are doing and if we talk with those acronyms it gets even more complicated! sometimes i got this problem too!
CAM = Colosus Addon Mod
MD = Major's Diaries
RL = Real
LE = LotEditor
W2W = Wall to Wall
TE = Transit Enabled
STR = Single Track Rail
GLR = Ground Light Rail
maybe we can have a big list with all of them on it, later!

There is already a list that lists most of the acronyms... SC4 Glossary on SC4Wiki [linkie! (http://www.wiki.sc4devotion.com/index.php?title=SC4_Glossary)] I'd really recommend it to everybody to check it out :thumbsup:

Funny thing is, in my area, whenever a group of people get together united against anything, they have to come up with an acronym for their group. God forbid they just say they are against anything, they have to come up with a special name so it makes a great acronym

I didn't spot
- HRS mod (Highway Re-Styling Mod)
- LRM (Light Replacement Mod)
- SIM (Street Intersection Mod)
- TRM (Texure Replacement Mod)
on the list. I did spot ITC, but not the full name of the team (International Team of Creators). So maybe someone should fix that.
