But my result is messed up, any help ()what()

I think the land has to be absolutely flat for it to work. Other than that I'm not sure

Despite being almost 100% sure the ground is flat I flattened it again and I repeated the whole process again.
Still this weird bug occurs on the roads..

Thanks, but I need this for custom lotting and I think this method will come in handy for the future. ;)
