I am trying to figure out the property used to create a lot with a Cap relief adjustment like the SG Canal Coal wharf and BSC Parks. And how you set it up that way.
Does anyone know?
EDIT: I don't know if this is the right place, but I still am wondering how to go about it and such. I believe you can do it in reader, however if there are otherways to do it then that would be helpful as well. I am not trying to figure out this to increase the cap by a whole lot, it is more like I wanted to create some lots that icrease the cap by a small amount. So any help would be well appreciated.
I know I just edited the message above, but I really don't know it that bumps it up or anything... So I'm hoping I can get an answer to my question above. Thank you for your time.
The property that adjusts the demand cap for something is Demand Satisfied. You would add that property in Reader then add the values in pairs with the Demand ID first then the amount you want to change the cap by. Much of this was explained in a now missing post at Simtropolis. The Residential Caps are called Amenities, all the others are explicitly named.
Demand IDs:
1810 - R$(Amenities)
1820 - R$$(Amenities)
1830 - R$$$(Amenities)
3b20 - CO$$ Cap
3b30 - CO$$$ Cap
4a00 - ID Cap
4b00 - IM Cap
4c00 - IH Cap
Thanks a bunch.. This will help a whole lot. So there is no demand cap for com service(CS) med and high wealth...?
no matter... the ones you listed are the ones I actually wanted to deal with and thanks again.
If you want more information about demand and CAPs, read Demand Simulator: Demand, Supply and CAPs (http://sc4devotion.com/forums/index.php?topic=6089.0). :)
ooooo, thanks that will be very helpful for me... Thanks so much for the post link.
