HI!, i am looking for single road/streets lane for in my small cities.
the normal one way road has 2 lanes... but are there any single lanes?

no, unfortunately this doesn't exist yet
a loooong time ago someone began such a project based on grey streets on Simtropolis, made some textures etc but AFAIK it never reached a final stade.
In addition to this the textures were ... well ... a little bit of grey street and lots of sidewalk. They looked something between funny and strange - even though rather well made - because one lane oneway streets in RL are really narrow and the 16m tiles of SC4 really aren't very much suitable for 3-5m narrow streets ... %wrd
