I saw this either elementary or highschool type Bat somewhere and couldn't get any answers where it is from there, so I try my luck here.
A Bat name, creator's name or a linkie would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

That one should be in one of JBSimio's School Packs, more specifically Volume 2, which can be found here (LEX) (http://sc4devotion.com/csxlex/lex_filedesc.php?lotGET=681)

This is one of JBSimios schools. Try searching the LEX for "school"....
