My friend has the game, and when he scrolls around the game, he gets weird blur (http://img341.imageshack.us/img341/1927/newcitydec1622124610605.png) and it only disappears when he zooms. He has Windows XP.

I think changing the rendering mode will help.

I had the same problem, just change the rendering mode
