Title: Rural Roads and capacity...

I have looked honest... here, there,  google... even read my readme(s)  :o

Is it safe to assume that rural road capacities are the same as "regular" roads?...

again, a huge thank you to all who make this game worth playing...

The rural road pieces are purely cosmetic, so the game should, I believe, consider them exactly the same as regular draggable road. So same capacities.

Rural Roads have the same capacity as regular roads. RR is purely cosmetic.

Should be the same unless you have a different traffic simulator. I know that they are different for Simulation Z; check Z's section out. They are 2.5x greater on the simulation Z per tile I believe:

That would be correct for the Rural Highway.  The aforementioned Rural Road puzzle pieces are a separate thing entirely, though.
