Hi, the other day I was LOTting the city hall (phase III) and when I was going to plop it in the city, I realizaed that it wasn't availabel, I typed the "I don't deserve it" cheat, but what I get is the phase I city hall, now, my question is:

can I turn the phase III city hall into a park or something so I can plop it directly in my city??

Hey alan do you have Buggi's Extra Cheat Download? If so you can use plop all buildings to check out phase III...

hey no problem Alan and also you can use LE Prop I think to change your lot to a reward I believe?
