I downloaded the El-Rail Facelift Mod by MIncroabl and one of the choices for textures is SMP Sandstone Sidewalk textures. I did find it on the Stex (http://www.simtropolis.com/stex/index.cfm?page=1&Keyword=SMP%20Sidewalk%20Reaplcement%20MOD&type=Texture), but was wondering why it is locked down on the Lex (http://sc4devotion.com/csxlex/lex_filedesc.php?lotGET=45).
I feel 'safer' downloading files that have been 'BSC Approved' and I am wondering if this file is okay to use?... I also like the fact that I can keep track of what I have downloaded here....
Guidance appreciated. ;D

Off the top of my head , I think that it had something to do with repeating texture IIds or something of that nature. The file itself works , but is not setup the way it should be.
