Today's staff meeting in the office of Mayor Hooter Hillcrank was short and pleasantly upbeat.
"The Governor has asked us to count noses in La Mancha, and the census takers have done their jobs well," the mayor said. "All that's left is to FAX these figures to his office, then we can take the weekend off."
He handed me a list of pretty impressive figures – seems we've added more than 100,000 to the Sim sum total.

Author's note: Before tackling this challenge, I debated about the pros and cons of replacing the military elements in Tile F north. The final decision was not left to me, however – the game made it for me.
When I opened Tile F for the first time since completing Challenge 5, I found virtually the entire airport missing along with some of the Army base and most of the Naval installation. The BATs and files were still present in the plugins folder, but didn't show up in game. I had created a few of the lots myself, but many were "straight out of the box!"
One of the most interesting things was the fact that all parts of the runway were missing – except for the blue lights which outlined the areas where they had been!
The reason remains a mystery ~ JMS
I think there should be a government inquiry into this disappearance!
